How does the front clip work?
The lead attaches at the chest instead of the back. When it goes tight the pull comes from in front of the shoulder, so your dog's front end rotates back toward you rather than driving forward. Nothing tightens or pinches — it is purely where the force comes from.
Which size should I choose?
Measure around the widest part of the chest, just behind the front legs, and use the size guide above. Chest girth matters far more than weight — two dogs the same weight can be completely different shapes. Between two sizes, go up; every strap adjusts down.
Is the harness adjustable?
Yes, at five points — both shoulder straps, the chest panel and the belly strap on each side. You set it once when it arrives and it holds.
Where will my dog's name appear?
Printed onto the side panel of the harness, in high-contrast lettering, so it is readable from a distance. If you add a phone number it goes on a second line underneath the name.
Is the phone number optional?
Completely. Plenty of people add just the name. The number is there because a harness someone can read from ten feet away is faster than a tag they have to catch your dog to check.
How long does personalisation take?
It is printed as part of making the harness, so it does not delay your order — personalised and plain ship in the same window.
What if I order the wrong size?
Send it back and we will swap it. Exchanges for a different size are free — you are not paying twice because a chest measurement came out a centimetre off.
What is the return policy?
90 days. If it does not work for your dog, email us for a refund. It can come back used — a harness you never took on a real walk tells you nothing.
