60 Night Trial

Every Snoozie comes with a 60 night trial.

Use it for 60 nights. Not a quick test fit in the driveway — actually use it. Fit it properly, take her on the school run, take her to the beach, take her somewhere far enough that she has to settle. If it isn't right, we refund you in full and we pay the return shipping.

Covered in fur. Muddy. Slept on every day for two months. It makes no difference to us.

We're deliberate about that last part, because it's the whole problem with buying anything for a dog. No pet store takes back a bed a dog has already slept on, which means you're asked to guess two things you cannot possibly know in advance: whether it fits your car, and whether your dog will actually use it.

So people buy the cheap one instead, and it sags, and the dog stands the whole way anyway.

You shouldn't have to guess. So we've made it so you don't have to.

How to request a refund

1. Email hello@trythesnoozie.com with your order number.

2. Tell us you'd like a refund. That's the whole message.

3. We'll email you a prepaid return label — you don't pay for shipping and you don't need the original box.

4. We refund to your original payment method within 5 business days of it arriving back.

You don't need to explain what went wrong, though if you want to tell us we'd genuinely like to know. It's how the next version gets better.

A few things worth knowing

The Snoozie is a bed, not a restraint. It gives her a stable, contained place to travel, but it should be used alongside a properly fitted harness clipped to the seatbelt. Check the rules where you drive.

Give her more than one trip. Most dogs settle on it by the second or third journey — the solid base is unfamiliar for about five minutes and then it's the best seat in the car. If yours never takes to it, that's exactly what the 60 nights are for.

Measure your back seat first. It fits the overwhelming majority of cars, SUVs and trucks, but if you drive something unusually narrow it's worth checking the dimensions on the product page. If it doesn't fit, that's covered.

The 60 nights start on the date your order is delivered, not the date you bought it. If it sits in a parcel locker for a week, that week is yours.
