This website is operated by The Snoozie. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to The Snoozie. We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from it, to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service", "Terms"), including any additional terms and policies referenced here or available by hyperlink. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, suppliers, merchants, and content contributors.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.

Section 1 — Online Store Terms

By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, and you may not, in using the Service, break any law that applies to you.

You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or code of a destructive nature.

Breaching any of these Terms will result in immediate termination of your access to the Service.

Section 2 — Your Consumer Rights

We sell internationally, and consumer protection laws differ from country to country and from state to state.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right, remedy, guarantee, warranty, or other term or condition that applies to you under the consumer law where you live and that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where such rights apply, they operate alongside these Terms and take precedence over anything here that conflicts with them.

Our 60 night trial is offered in addition to your legal rights. It does not replace them, and using it does not waive them.

Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, our liability is limited, at our option, to replacing the goods, supplying equivalent goods, or refunding the price you paid.

Section 3 — Product Use, Fit, and Safety

The Snoozie is a dog bed and seat cover. It is not a vehicle restraint, and it is not crash-tested safety equipment.

It gives your dog a stable, contained surface to travel on and protects your upholstery. It is not designed or certified to restrain an animal in a collision, and it must not be relied on to do so. Your dog should be secured with a properly fitted harness attached to the vehicle's seatbelt or a suitable anchor point whenever the vehicle is moving.

Laws about transporting animals in vehicles vary by country and by state. It is your responsibility to check and comply with the rules that apply where you drive.

Stated weight ratings describe the load the base is built to support in normal use. They are not a crash rating and should not be read as one.

The Snoozie is designed to fit the majority of cars, SUVs and trucks. Vehicle interiors vary, and we cannot guarantee a correct fit in every model. Dimensions are published on the product page, and we recommend measuring your back seat before ordering. Our 60 night trial exists so that finding out it does not suit your vehicle costs you nothing.

Please follow the fitting instructions supplied with the product. We are not liable for damage, injury, or loss arising from use of the product where the supplied instructions and warnings have not been followed, where it has been modified, or where it has been used in a way it was not designed for.

Do not leave an animal unattended in a vehicle.

Section 4 — General Conditions

We may refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time.

You understand that your content (excluding payment card information) may be transferred without encryption and may involve transmission over various networks and changes to meet the technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Payment card information is always encrypted in transit.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any part of the Service, or any content on the website, without our express written permission.

The headings in this agreement are for convenience only and do not limit or affect these Terms.

Section 5 — Accuracy, Completeness, and Timeliness of Information

The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be used as the sole basis for any decision. Any reliance on it is at your own risk.

This site may contain historical information, which is provided for reference and is not necessarily current. We may change the contents of this site at any time, but we are under no obligation to update it.

Section 6 — Products and Pricing

Certain products may be available exclusively online. These may have limited quantities and are subject to our Refunds and Returns policy.

We have made every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. Screens vary, and we cannot guarantee that your monitor or phone will display any colour or finish accurately.

We may limit the sale of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction, and we may limit quantities. All product descriptions and prices are subject to change at any time without notice. We may discontinue any product at any time. Any offer made on this site is void where prohibited.

All prices are in United States dollars unless stated otherwise at checkout. Customs duties, import taxes, and similar charges on international orders are your responsibility and are not included in the price shown.

We may refuse any order you place with us, and we may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed using the same customer account, the same payment card, or the same billing or shipping address.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Snoozie and our officers, directors, agents, contractors, suppliers, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal costs, made by any third party arising out of your breach of these Terms, or your breach of any law or the rights of a third party. This does not apply to the extent that the claim arises from our own negligence or breach.

Section 14 — Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will still be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the unenforceable part will be severed. This will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

Section 15 — Termination

Obligations and liabilities incurred before the termination date survive termination for all purposes. These Terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate them at any time by telling us you no longer wish to use our Services, or by ceasing to use the site.
